		<description>Well said indeed. And nice research. It is based on the normal adage which says always the burglar outhinks the police. you could even call it evolution.  For every action that happens, be it in India or Africa or UK .. You cannot simply look at the action instantly and make your judgement, you need to do research as you have  so beautifully done today, to get to the bottom of it.

So hopefully after a few researches you will begin to understand why somethings happen only in India. Same thing goes for other countries. And once you do your research you will painfully know that nothing can be done about it.</description>
